Sign of Frustration

FTLComm - Tisdale -Wednesday, October 3, 2007

It broke me up when I discover that in place of advertising next week's movie the Falkon Theatre in Tisdale had this poster in its place.

Actually Tisdale has quite a tradition of posting odd ball signs. One of the earliest stories in Ensign was back on May 28, 1998 with a picture of a sign posted by FasGas advertising the name of someone who had provided them with a rubber cheque. A computer store had a similar sign for several weeks in one of its windows but I did not take a picture of that one.

Let us hope that the contractor can sort out this problem and get back to Don and finish up the work begun some two years ago.

Epilogue:

This sign was up for two and a half days and the contractor who up until then refused to return any calls came to the theatre and completed the half an hour job that had been left undone for the past two years.
