The changes in light occur with speed and evoke such emotional awe that it is almost tragic that we do not have more time to savour these passing glimpses of glorious colour. Sunday morning began with such splendor and it is fitting that it ended in a similar but muted way. The scene above begins looking due South with the half moon awaiting the coming darkness. Put your cursor on the scene and move West until you find the image stop when you are looking due North.(only a 180 degree panorama) My plan was to capture this scene from atop the Brich Hills hill but alas time and the sun ran out and I barely got stopped in time to register this scene.
