FTLComm - Tisdale - April 3, 2000

The crisp clean look of April skies is a treat each year and here are a series of pictures shown in sequence so each one it is getting progressively darker.

We start out looking East as the setting sun lights up the countryside on the East side of town.

On the right we are looking due West down highway #3 following a grain "B" train out of town.

Below is a shot from downtown looking down the CN railway.
I then went to the East side of town and took a picture looking West down each successive street until my camera could hold no more. The first of these images below shows the scene toward the four way stop in the centre of downtown.
Below the street ends at the Beeland Coop mall with two vehicles stopped as the drivers exchange greets.
Thinking I was about to turn up their street this group huddled in front of the pickup on the right have a set of goals and up until I drove up were engaged in the spring sport of Canada, road hockey.
This neighbourhood gives us another view of Tisdale and the showers from earlier in the day reflect from their pot holes.
This street below looks all the way to the West side of town which is only a mere seven blocks in total.
The picture below is out of sequence but show a shaft of setting light illuminating a gateway and its surrounding trees.
