Out with the old in with the new, that's what new year's eve is all about. These pictures were taken Saturday, December 30 as that day ended with a splendid sunset with ribbons of stratus pointing to the Northwest. We had driven out the airport to catch this scene and most of the image is captured in this image above but a little more detail and a sense of presence is to be found in the QuickTime VR seen below.
