Western Gold

FTLComm - Tisdale - May 21, 2001
The overcast and rain of Sunday began to clear in the West late afternoon and by sunset there was a clear path for the sun to wash over the newly cleaned countryside.
The discrete thin path of evening light that shone on us is best seen in the picture above as the poplar tree is turned to gold.
Looking into the West we can see the indigo of early sunset and the dark relief of the trees, polls and wires glistening with rain drops.
