The monster school systems act like they are examples of manufacturing companies in the private sector and ignore the fact that the cost of schools is, for a very large part, still paid for with local land taxes. Ms. Whitaker a former teacher explains the situation that affects all of Saskatchewan.

The descretionary powers of government were severely curtailed almost nine centuries ago yet the fight continues to maintain a balance of civility and human rights. The present government is showing itself lease competent of having any descretionary power. Security Certificates quashed by Supreme Court 9 - 0.
