Tisdale: This weekend the Trojans split with a 4 - 3 lose to the Hounds in over time and a 7 - 2 win over the Argos. Now there is only one home game left in the regular season.

White Rock B.C.: Here in Saskatchewan the moon will become obscured by the earth's shadow near 9:00 and continue through until midnight. Many are predicting this will be a Red eclipse. Brian shows us his pictures taken in August of 2005.

Tisdale: The brilliant sunlight and cold temperatures have produced a crusted countryside as the snow is now covered with ice as we impatiently await some signs of spring.

Tisdale: We have had contact with a grandchild of Dora Sharko and with Joy Claypool who wrote the obituary for this remarkable woman who was connected with Crooked River and the now all but forgotten railway siding called Murphy's.

Tisdale: Five death notices in the post office last week and three this week could lead those of us still alive to feel a little depressed. That's why we need to look at things and realise that we are temporary inhabitants and should appreciate the time we have.
