Tisdale: We have not suffered the abuse that Canadians in Eastern and Central Canada have this winter but it has been a long winter and today the temperature stayed above freezing and there was water running down some streets.

Chelan: The abundance of snow makes finding food difficult for deer, Wapiti and moose especially as spring nears and the top layers freeze over in an ice cover over the snow.

Success: It has taken a long time but gradually SaskTel is providing high speed internet service to rural customers. So far the service is only in some areas but it is to be hoped that in time there will be coverage for the whole of rural Saskatchewan.

Tisdale: For the first time in the Tisdale AAA midget's team history their coach has been selected by the league as coach of the year and was presented with a trophy Thursday night in the second game of the semi-final league playoff game with Saaskatoon Blazers.

Vancouver: Odd that both tax measures seem to have similar effects that the Minister of Finance has reacted so strongly to only one of these. Both measures are important to middle and higher income families and need to be considered as a means of reducing the tax burden.
