Tisdale:
Two new basements were begun  on Monday making it four new houses for this year around the new cul-de-sac, Forester and Newmarket. SaskPower working in the same area putting in underground electrical service and contractors going flat out.

Que Appelle Valley:
Each year Regina photographer Ken Jones makes a trip out to the Que Appelle Valley the last week of April to find the first little wild flowers of the year, the crocus.

Tisdale:
Both CN and CP had trains rolling through Tisdale this morning. The CP train was more than a mile long mix of loaded grain block and a good number of hemical cars. The four units had a tough time getting little more than 30kph.
Repairing new waterline

In front of a newly dug basement on the new cul-de-sac where the new water and sewer lines were installed only months ago, the town dug up the brand new fire hydrant and began making repairs to a line that has never been used.
