Jessie The Driver Dog

FTLComm - Tisdale - April 21, 2001

With keen eyesight and better common sense than most people the only limitation from preventing Jessie from taking its turn at the wheel are the seat belts, no hands and short back legs, other than that this would be the ideal driver.

When you think about it a dog driving is not nearly as absurd as it seems. Dogs can handle many tasks far better than their two legged companions and it is likely that they could learn to drive far better than most of us. They have great vision and almost never talk on cell phones or fool with the radio instead of paying attention. Dogs know enough not to drink and drive and a sleepy dog would never try to make those last few miles home.
