Elk calf

This photo of an Elk calf was taken May 28th. Lyle snapped this picture out behind our dugout where he was getting a load of wood. Our dog spotted the Elk cow, who led her away from the calf. Lyle quickly came back for his camera and got several pictures of the baby that did not move so much as a muscle.
