And Then some

FTLComm - Tisdale - Wednesday, October 9, 2002
Besides the big projects there are a number of small ones underway.

I was surprised to see a bobcat dumping sand out the back door of Northern Steel's South plant yesterday. The long slots in the floor which had formerly housed the dryers when the building was used by Fripp have been filled in and a proper concrete work floor is in the process of being installed.

As you will have noticed the Northern Steel yard North of the South plant is thinning out as the sold inventory has been shipped but Northern Steel production is moving along at a higher level than in the past as the two manufacturing facilities are working at full production levels.

On main street the SGI building is carrying out some renovations on the main entrance to their building.

On Monday morning workers were recapping the flat roof of the Fast Gas shop.
