 Rise Construction is well on their way with this new home being built in the new subdivision off of NewMarket. The basement is completed and the main floor, with the garage pad finished this house is ready for the material to arrive to put it together. This is the third house on the street that is only a year old with its South view of the hospital and North open country. |

 This shot inside the basement shows the new floor in place and the gravel ready for plumbing. Though we have seen about half of the new houses last year located on property in developed areas after having removed an older home many want their new home to be in a whole new area and the NewMarket area is really Tisdale's frontier area.
