Located midway on the east end of 104th Ave on the south side of the street is a new basement that was installed Saturday morning. The yard had an enormous 80 foot spruce tree that the owner wanted to preserve but good sense prevailed and the monster of a tree was removed as part of the excavation process.

The picture above is looking into the lot from the street and below we are looking from the back alley toward the street. Were you to look directly to the east up the alley you would see the RCMP detachment building.
