House twenty-one takes shape

FTLComm - Tisdale - Thursday, September 11, 2008

At the top and bottom of the page is how this Farber Construction project looked this morning. The walls are up and the framing completed.

This house got underway (left) on August 25 with the footings being installed immediately into the freshly dug basement. On August 27 (below) work is well on the way to completing the wood basement.

This house is on the north side of Forester Crescent which now has only a few lots where construction has not already begun. The town has already begun installing the

the water and sewer lines on the next new crescent north as it is clear that expansion will continue in this part of the community.

The basement complete and the crew are installing the main floor in this picture (right) taken on September 8th.

The RTM that was moved in earlier this week is right across the street from this project.

The construction framing work seems to go quickly, it is the electricians, plumbers and dry wall trades that are really pressed on keeping up.
