Housing construction about to begin
The first basement to be dug this year went onto the lot on Main Street where a house was consumed by fire June 22, 2007.
The process has begun in earnest as Chuka's hoe was moved over to NewMarket to put in a basement tomorrow completing the row of houses now already in place.
Meanwhile on Forester (below) it was time this afternoon to clear the snow from two lots in preparation for digging basements soon on these two lots. And, as mentioned yesterday two lots were cleared in the west central part of town in preparation for new basements on those lots.
