Maurice Poty's (306 873-3342) new house was the third housing start this year and it is now awaiting drywalling so it well along the way. His old house is not yet two years old and is the house shown on the first three pictures of this page. It is a three bedroom house with a completely finished basement, two car garage and the large garage for a motorhome, or camper. The lot is fully landscaped without the need for grass cutting. This almost new house, is now available.
The second housing start of the year is shown at the bottom
of this page and is nearing completion. It is for sale by Renauld Realty and is located on NewMarket Drive, a new housing development on the Northwest corner of Tisdale.
As mentioned yesterday, the new duplex under construction next door to Mr. Poty's new house has either one, or both units for sale at this time.
There are only a few houses in that twenty to thirty year old range available in town and a few older smaller homes.
