Clean-up Auction Sale Goes Tomorrow |
|
FTLComm - Tisdale - Tuesday, August 28, 2001 |
Time for the second sale at the new location as Schapansky Auctions hold their "Clean-up" sale tomorrow. Bruce said the yard really worked well for the sale in early August with loads of parking and a positive atmosphere for the customer. I asked him about this collection of Kubota small tractors. He explained that an Edmonton importer had brought a huge number in from Japan. The larger ones sell new for more than $25,000 and often sell used for more than $10,000 so he figured that some people will be able to pick up a bargain on these tomorrow. Most |
are four wheel drive and would be excellent in large gardens. The massive row is full of house hold items, from clocks to crockery, small appliances to humidifiers, a good collection of a wide range of products. This part of the sale begins at 10:00 while the goods in the building will not go on the block until 5:00. Inside the new building is a huge collection of household appliances and furniture. Televisions, washers and driers, electric stoves, sofas and tables and chairs. |
Though this is a clean-up sale with the emphasis on household items the sale also has some good agricultural equipment up for sale including a swather, harrow system and some cars. Bruce Schapansky is proud of the new facility and is confident that there will be a good sized crowd on hand tomorrow to pick up some excellent bargains. Schapansky's auction is located just East of Tisdale on highway 3. |
