 It is only two years and two months since this business first began construction (June 8, 2001) and before the original shop was completed they added a stock metal storage portion to the building (as seen right). Then in October of that same fall a new building just to house steel was built. Now the main work area is being expanded to provide more shop floor work area for the thriving business. What makes this story important is that Delorme is not part of the |

 already growing sub-contracting businesses that have developed in Tisdale to support Northern Steel Industries. Delorme provides support and fabrication to the other things that make Tisdale an on-the-go business and industrial community. Delorme is just one of several businesses that do this kind of work as there are several operating from farms and some are portable truck mounted businesses. |
