The red glow on the house above is from the setting sun.	Several houses in the area were of this extreme size.
No one would refer to these places we have shown in this article as "be it ever so humble, there is no place like home." Most of these houses and their yards are the very opposite of humble demonstrating their position in the community and identifying their owners as people of wealth and consequence. The very presence of the blocked streets and restricted traffic into this area suggests an acceptance by the public that not only is it appropriate for some people to have places to live that are large and ornate, but that the location itself somehow signifies and deserves some respect and privilege If you have any comment about this article or others you may read or scan in Ensign, we would love to hear from you.
