Aurora (top of the page) took her Mom and Dad with her to the most southern intersection on Albert Street last Sunday to watch the Santa Claus parade. Though the temperatures were reasonable there was a stiff wind from the south that seriously threatened many of the displays.
Like the Winnipeg parade we showed you earlier this week the retail outlets seem to have boycotted the event. Not only did they not participate but none of Regina's major employers made an effort to show their stuff. SaskTel, SaskPower, SaskEnergy, SGI, Mosaic, the steel mill, Viterria, the Leader Post were all conspicous by their absence from this year's celebration.
But you can tell that they parents and kids enjoyed the event and in many cases became so involved few pictures do not include bystanders in the 83 pictures below.
