A full crew was at work this morning at St. Matthew's Anglican church as they are preparing for their annual garage sale. The church uses this fund raiser each year to produce revenue close to $3,000 and the products for sale are carefully selected and represent a good value.
On the right are Bernice Lawrence who looks after the church's news letters and on her right is Ruth Caithcart the chairperson for this project. They were taking a break having tea as they and the other handful of workers have laid out this year's collections of items from hardware to clothing. The sale begins Thursday then continues on Friday and Saturday.
