Christ Lutheran Church Rummage sale

FTLComm - Tisdale - Friday, May 2, 2008

Now there is something you don't see very often and this one is in pristine condition, a film strip projector. From the 40s to the 70s 35mm film strips were an outstanding multimedia educational tool and used in schools and Sunday schools everywhere. Now they are obsolete but they were a part our instruction heritage.

This sale also has an overhead projector with a missing arm and head. The overhead became popular in the mid 60s and is now replaced with digital computer projectors.

I was really impressed with the china available at this sale including this rremarkable complete set.

The Lutheran sale is on today and tomorrow with lots of unique and hard to find items on hand. So it is definitely worth a look.

Like the Anglican Church the Lutheran Church holds similar sales both in the spring and in the fall.
