Pentecostal Tabernacle

FTLComm - Tisdale

The place of worship is of such importance as to what takes place within its walls. Today we visit the Pentecostal Tabernacle and catch a glimpse of the atmosphere.

I wanted to drop off a printed copy of Sunday's article with the minister of this Church and had dropped by several times Monday and Tuesday trying to catch him and missed but around 4:00 Tuesday I entered the church and there was a young woman giving a music lesson to a boy.

I think that the use of the church for a music lesson seems so appropriate for the
atmosphere and sound quality lend itself so positively to the experience and definitely the boy was enjoying the work with his teacher and was doing well. One of the first things you notice in entering the sanctuary of the church is the control panel at the back of the room to handle the various music components and this is very revealing for indeed music must form a vital part of the this church's worship and celebration experience. You can see this work station below right and the lobby into the church is shown on the right.
To get a feel for this church I have created a QuickTime panorama of the worship area so that you can look around and see the setting.
