SGI President Larry Fogg:

No-Fault Insurance is a proxy for No-Fault incompetence

over compensated

I just sent an e-mail to Lorie Terry(1), spokesperson for the coalition of no-fault insurance, as a
reply to her previous e-mail where she provides me, other people and all Saskatchewan MLAs,
with the CBC Saskatchewan web page "SGI calls seniors hurt in car accidents over compensated."
This web page reports SGI president, Larry Fogg, saying that

elderly people

"some elderly people who are injured in accidents are getting too much money. The payments are based on how much a person could earn if they were working. But Fogg says many older people don't earn a wage. So, he says, those people are getting money they don't deserve(2)."

social perspective

Mr. Larry Fogg is not only an incompetent executive in regard to assessing the risks, premiums
and related benefits associated with no fault insurance, but he is also a bean counter who is unable
to have a social perspective of the insurance scheme he should administer through SGI. It is not a
coincidence that Larry Fogg is the man who has provided the no-fault numbers for the botched
  Dr. Cassidy's study on no-fault(3).

seniors' fault

Under the banner of saving money and No-Fault this government is making a mess of everything
it touches, and as usual it is No-Fault and it is somebody else's fault: the seniors' fault at this time
for being seniors!

I have sent this message to Lorie

maturity of a society is the reflection on how this
society treats
its minorities

The Prince Albert meeting
was an emotionally charged
event and many people
expressed very negative
comments about the
behaviour and motives of
the government and SGI.
It was necessary for Ensign
to sensory a reference made
because of its liabellous
nature.

"I have attended the Prince Albert no-fault coalition meeting last Saturday and I have confirmation that this leadership can be equated to the "...". In Prince Albert,. Dr. George Gale(4) stated that the democratic maturity of a society is the reflection on how this society treats its minorities: taking this reflection as a 'proxy' for the maturity of democracy then Saskatchewan would score very very badly!"

matters affecting
us all

As I have already mentioned in another article, No-Fault is not an administrative matters, it is a
political matters affecting us all(5). That is, we need to get rid of both No-Fault Insurance and
this No-Fault Government.
