The Bush's war against Iraq: |

unilaterally |
There is so much to say against the neoconservative ideological platform especially the one exposed by the Bush administration, and what bothers me the most today is their willingness to go unilaterally to war against Iraq with the so called Coalition of the Willing. This is the paradox, the willingness to go unilaterally to war with the Coalition of the Willing.

play of words |
It doesn't make sense, it seems a play of words, and that is what it is, a play of words to confuse our common sense.
God |
We have American senator patriot John McCain saying that a war against Iraq is the right war for the right reasons and he adds that the American armed forces have the proportional mathematics of mass destruction along with God on their side. But even Osama Bin Laden has claimed that God is on his side and yet his Al Qaeda terrorists have been committing atrocities throughout the world. But what kind of God are these guys claiming? They claim they pray everyday and yet they are the cause of destructive forces against humanity.
criminals |
When we need the assistance of the United Sates to join the International Criminal Court to prosecute criminals against humanity, they refuse to do so, and this makes me think that maybe, maybe, they themselves may be the criminals to be prosecuted.
Kissinger |
And guess what, just yesterday, TV evangelist Aaron Brown of CNN was asking criminal guru Henry Kissinger if the war was inevitable!
notwithstanding |
This Bush administration invokes first the Rule of Law, and when by bribing and deceit they cannot get what they demand from the so called Rule of Law then they invoke their moral higher standing than any other country on earth to wage a war against Iraq.
power |
Where is this American higher moral standing? By the way, is moral standing a matter of ranking among the most powerful countries of the world or it is just a human value common to any common people of any country?
international |
You know who some of my patriots are today? They are whistleblower F.B.I. agent Coleen Rowley who has expressed her concern on how to
"stem the flood of terrorism that will likely head our way in the wake of an attack on Iraq;" |
U.S. diplomat John Brady Kiesling who in resigning his post has stated that
"our fervent pursuit of war with Iraq is driving us to squander the international legitimacy that has been America's most potent weapon of both offense and defense since the days of Woodrow Wilson;" |
and U.S. diplomat John H. Brown, who said in a letter to Secretary of State Colin Powell made available to the media:
"I cannot in good conscience support President Bush's war plans against Iraq." |
