It has been more then a month since DJ's Quality Muffler & Brake Service opened its doors for business just East from the post office.
Having the skill and experience to use custom muffler forming equipment has given this new business the edge in being able to provide its steady stream of customers with top notch work. Though they specialise in mufflers and brake systems this shop can handle other automotive repairs
including
engine overhauls.It is a big challenge to start a new business and David Gallo reports that he is pleased the way things have begun and especially pleased to be able to provide specialised service to other shops in town. David says the big thing is have the trained and experienced people on hand to run the tail pipe bending equipment.
Together with Lyle Prince and the staff of DJ's Quality Muffler & Brake Service there seems to be a good market for the repair work they are able to carry out in the rennovated shop with two hoists and the equipment needed to carry out the work their customers require.
Ensign would like to extend a warm welcome to this new business in Tisdale. David and Lyle have grown up here and have demonstrated their confidence in both their own ability and the community to support their new business venture.
Automotive repair has become increasingly more difficult as manufacturers of modern cars and trucks have moved so much toward replacement of whole components as opposed to repair required skilled workers. Tisdale has two specialty repair shops and five shops to look after the various vehicle maintainence requirements.
