As you can see above the softball diamond infields are nearing completition. Additional fill has been brought in and they have been worked up and levelled not the $15,000 red shale topping is being applied. These diamonds prepared in this manner will be able to handle a shower or days of rain with the water going through the shale surface and with the in field in the shape of a dome the water will leave the surface dry to play on. This is a major improvement for these playing fields and with in days play will begin on these fields.
