Crater On Smooth Street

In discussions with the fellas who look after the streets, water lines and sewers of Tisdale it seems that if things go bad below the surface there is an unwritten law that in order for that to happen there must be a really good road above it. Monday afternoon there was no way to avoid the problem. The best street in Tisdale is the street that parralells the CP track, the town's Southern most street. It had been in good condition but a large patch was just laid down half the street wide making the street near perfect. A problem developed at a new home and there was no avoiding the creation of a huge hole to get down to the problem and make repairs.
