Telemiracle Lunch at Beeland Co-op

FTLComm - Tisdale - Friday, March 5, 2004
Organisations throughout this community and communities across the province have been raising money as a part of the annual television fund raising event. With a weekend long televised marathon the Kinsmen and Kinette clubs put together a sizeable amount of money each year which is then provided to various charities and charitable projects all across Saskatchewan.

The Tisdale Kinsmen and Kinette clubs held a Bingo this past Tuesday night and today's lunch was their second activity with a steady crowd out to support the project. Two flavours of soup, a sandwich, coffee and a piece of cake for $5.00 at the participating Beeland Co-op cafeteria.

Tisdale merchants have really got into this year's Telemiracle project with almost every place of business participating.

Saturday morning a pancake breakfast in the RECPLex with wrap up this year's round of fund raising projects for Telemiracle.
