A show of force

FTLComm - Tisdale to Gravelbourg and back - Tuesday, July 13, 2004

This story begins last Thursday afternoon as we set off on a journey to Gravelbourg. The afternoon skies were troubled and as we ventured south we passed through areas were showers had preceeded us. We spent Thursday night in Regina and went on across the plains Friday morning and then Saturday morning slipped into Assinaboia and you will see its morning sky with its elevator. Sunday we returned through a series of mild showers and came upon a SaskPower truck at Spalding about to to work repairing four power polls that had just suffered a lightening strike. The wild sky of Sunday night, last night's sunset and the last image is this morning's sky.
