By this the voters in one more riding in Canada have the option of voting for a replacement of the Liberal Government , not bound by the right-wing ideology of the Conservative Party of Canada , or the left-wing of the NDP. | ||||||
|

For those following the progressive-conservative philosophy , making decisions to lower or raise taxes, to institute a government program or end it, is based on what is best for Canadians at the time, rather than applying the dogma of neo-conservatism or democratic socialism. | ||||||

It is an approach , once again an option , for Canadians through registration of the PC Party (Progressive Canadian Party) by the Chief Electoral Officer on May 29, 2004. | ||||||
