Each year the Tisdale graduation committee needs to raise
some funds and one of their annual projects has been a car wash. Saturday, May 10 was this year's splash and the exuburance of high school students really showed as they had three set signs at various strategic locations advising motorists that they can get their car done on the Tisdale Mall parking lot. A couple hundred feet away mid morning the 4H club had a hamburger sale in progress for a fund raising project of their own so a motorist could have his car washed while having a great hamburger all at the same time. The cold North wind and low morning temperature did nothing to dampen the spirits and throughout the day the cars kept coming and the 4H group kept on cooking. |
