FTLComm - Armley - November 4, 1998
Mid way between Nipawin and Tisdale is a railway line that runs over to Arborfield and Carrot River. At the highway intersection Parkland Alfalfa is located on the Southwest side and Cargill's developing terminal on the Northeast side. The Cargill facility once dominated the area as a big grain handling facility but with the development of the four inland terminals in the Tisdale area it has become a bit of a dwarf. This has prompted Cargill to launch a major upgrade with the building of the service and additional products buildings in the picture above and below we can see the pilings for six additional metal grain silos, this addition will more than double the present capacity of the present terminal.
