Saskatchewan Wheat Pool's giant Harvest Valley facility East of Tisdale is doing what it was intended to do. Handle the highest level of grain possible in the most efficient manner. On Friday afternoon at 5:40PM this is what was happening, a steady flow of trucks big and small were rolling into and out of the facility delivering this year's crop and in one case picking some up for transport elsewhere. The loaded hopper cars (lower right) are filled with peas ready to be picked up.
