High Noon - Bull Low Noon - Clutch for Lunch

FTLComm - Tisdale - August 28, 1998

Melfort, Humboldt and Nipawin all have them, but so far Tisdale has avoided the dreaded street light, the flickering symbol of urban life. Instead Tisdale's modest main street has this four way stop that at 12:00 each day and 3:30 til 4:00 has traffic backed up often for a full block each way and sometimes more. The main street also serves as the highway that routes traffic North to Nipawin and that brings every semi to a grinding halt and decibel reving accelleration hundreds of times each day. If you have been observing this ritual and have opinion drop us at line here at Ensign we would love to hear what you think about traffic.
