These images are on the ground in Cassiar and show Mcdame Creek as it flows through
the town, these pictures are near the air port. (If you would like to see more of
the town and its scenery let me know as
we can show you more.) The beautiful area is remarkable because winter brings to Cassiar an average snow fall of thirty-five feet of accumulation and because of the lack of wind it just piles up everywhere. In these scenes the snow covers the landscape as a massive, but thick blanket. The horse at the right seems to fit into this remarkable landscape. |
