The American food guides are about to be revised to match the mounting research evidence that Americans have been getting fatter since they started cutting out on saterated fats like whole milk. Food manufactures reduced fats in their foods so they could advertise low, or no fat, but filled in their foods, with more carbohydrates and sugar.
