Not only is it grossly bad mannered to fly our nation's flag or our provincial banner in a tattered and destroyed condition but it smacks of extreme disrespect for all of us. Symbols matter a lot to a society and caring so little for a flag is disgraceful and shows how little the organisation involved respects themselves.
