| Both Century 21 and Renauld Realty had booths at the trade show, I blurred my picture of Century 21 but both agents were enjoying the show. Don DeMarsh of Century 21 was showing off plans for the new condominium planned for the site just South of the Golden Age Senior Citizens Centre. The Condo is expected to be located on the area once occupied by the old TUCs high school. Andy Renaud said that he was approached at the show by someone from Calgary looking for farm land in the Tisdale area. Andy said that there was a slow down about thirty years ago in housing starts and that is limiting the number of modest priced mid range houses needed now in the Tisdale market which seems to be seeing property moving quite briskly as we move into the spring sales period which tends to be the hottest time of the year for the real estate market. |
