You know the saying, "always make roads when the sun shines." The Department of highways have been busy folks the last few days putting a surface cap on highway #3 East of Tisdale almost to Eldersley and this morning at 7:30 the pictures above and the one below, show them caping a section just between the Canola crushing plant and Codette. The three guys below have rubber necks as they zoom one way then right back the other in formation.

Below is a minor piece of construction on the North side of Tisdale where the municipality is altering a service road and its connection with #35.
