FTLComm - Tisdale - Friday, October 12, 2007

Constable Christopher Worden, a thirty-year old member of the Hay River Northwest Territories nine person detachment was shot and died of his wounds Saturday, October 6th. He has served in the NWT for most of his career and was originally from Ottawa where a Regimental Funeral will be held on Monday, October 15th at 1:30 at Notre Dame Basilica.

Canadians everywhere will feel the loss of this young man but his family and colleagues will feel that loss the greatest and our sympathy and concern goes out to them at this time.
