We are looking for groups, organisations and institutions that would like to borrow our international jerseys once we have them built. These jerseys could be used to run any event where you would have different teams, such as hockey, ringette, bowling, soccer or golf. They will fit all sizes, from children to seniors. The jerseys will be decorated with the colours of different nations, which will add an extra element of fun to your occasion.

Everyone dreams of greatness, but only a few people ever get there, so bringing these jerseys to the ordinary person will strengthen the dream so anyone can enjoy their own Olympic/World Cup Dream Event at whatever skill level they possess.

Other than the cost of transporting and cleaning the jerseys, they will be available to your organisation at no charge.

To convince potential sponsors that many groups would use the jerseys, we need a letter from your organisation, on your letterhead, stating that your group would like to use the jerseys for an event of your own.

These jerseys are being built originally, for the 2004 World Cup Dream Weekend (February 27 - 29, 2004) for Outdoor Hockey League children and youth. This tournament has been established to make their dream of playing on indoor ice and wearing real jerseys and winning a gold medal come true. These young people lack the resources to play indoor hockey. They play hockey out in the cold, week after week, regardless of the temperature, for the love of the game.

Maybe everyone once in a lifetime, deserves the enjoyment of winning a Gold Medal at what ever skill they play at.

If you are interested in using the jerseys, or if you are willing to provide a letter of support, please feel free to contact me by e-mail at
debbie.jones@sk.sympatico.ca, or by phone at 306 522 4529. You can also reach me by mail at the following address, I would be happy to answer any questions.

Below is a sample of the sort of letter that you could use for a letter of support. Thank you for your interest in supporting the 2004 World Cup Dream Weekend.

Dear Mr. Jones,
We (name of institution, group, team or organisation) are interested in using the World Cup jerseys at some time, for an event/tournament/occasion/affair of our own. Having access to these jerseys would enable us to run a Dream Event/tournament etc. of our own. We believe that everyone dreams of greatness, and these jerseys will make the dreams a little more real.
