Tayler Jordan joins the Trojans

FTLComm - Tisdale - Monday, November 19, 2007

Up until Sunday afternoon the Tisdale Midget AAA Trojans were on a six game winning streak as they tangled with the Saskatoon Blazers who hung a lickin' on the Trojans with a seven to one defeat. This brings to a total of only five loses this season and a tie as the Trojans are still in second place in the league.

This weekend Tayler Jordan, a six foot six one hundred eighty-five pound forward join the team. Tayler is a native of Wynyard and played last winter with the Portland Winterhawks.

The Trojans have a double header this weekend playing Saturday night and Sunday afternoon at home with the Swift Current Legionaires who are in second last place in the league right now. However, this is midget hockey and it often seems like every games is the last game of the season and anything can happen as we saw with the Trojans losing so badly to the Blazers who were in sixth place until they polished off the Trojans and moved up a notch.
