With three firsts and a second Susan was surprised at the success but also encouraged
to see her efforts being recognised. The light coloured filly is a great little
horse and the black one on the right, a gelding, one of the best at the Moose Mountain
show.
These abbreviated horses are especially tame thriving on affection and extremely
easy to work. Despite their diminutive stature these animals can support a child
rider up to sixty pounds but in the show ring are more likely to be seen with carts
and small buggies. Susan's black Rampagin Rebel is ideal for showing in this manner
and because of his high placement in competition has risen considerably in value.
