Doghide Gallery one year old

Ftlcomm - Tisdale - Thursday, November 24, 2005
The Doghide Gallery opened for business on the first of November 2004.

In the business world of small town Saskatchewan a year in business is a big deal and Sandra Dancey has seen her operation grow as the framing business has been a steady work load but month by month the sale of paintings, photographs and art work of all types has steadily become an important part of this growing Tisdale business.

The Parkland Photography club now hold their monthly meetings at the Gallery as its large display area and pleasant atmosphere is a perfect setting to display

and appreciate creative arts.

Most of us think of pictures when we think of the framing business but the Doghide Gallery does a steady business in displaying artifacts, treasures of all kinds like military medals and those precious objects that people like to display but their fragile nature makes it problematic. Framed and mounted under light protecting glass these objects can be seen and enjoyed.
