Aurora, nine, was in the front right hand seat equipped with our ageing Canon Rebel and a long lens. She is pretty experience with using a camera as her parents have given her photo assignments and she has her own iCloud shared stream of pictures online.
The heavier Rebel took just a minute or two get the zoom lens and shutter control sorted out and she began snapping away. The picture above and the one at the top of the front page were taken by her.
Ella is five and enjoys being the subject in a lot of pictures but is not a complete novice with a camera in her hands. She was in the back right seat armed with my Sony 20 megapixel four power point and shoot.
