Winnipeg : While making a video in Winnipeg last Tuesday the realisation that a huge part of that city is a mess prompted this writer to wonder why conditions there and in other prairie cities seems to be going down hill.

Greenwater Provincial Park : Warm winter interrupted only briefly as the Crawfords were off to Saskatoon for a short visit. The news is that there is a lot of open water around the park on the skidoo trails and ice fishing isn't all that bad.
