The plastic liner process requires a lot of complex equipment , considerable know how and experience. The batch of material is made in the one large truck and you can see from

the picture above left that this is not a simple task. Above right is the actual injection system that moves the chemical down the line using ice to retard the setting of the resin until it gets to the walls of the sewer line. Once installed the boring equipment is brought into play once more to cut through the new lining restoring service to the households along the street.
