Frost on stubble
Pilot Butte - Thursday, February 23, 2012

These images were made lying on the ground in a stubble field five miles north of the community of Pilot Butte just outside of Regina.
It was a bright day on February 14 and to show off the magical frost formation against the endless prairie sky was to get down on the ground so the camera lens could point up a the encrusted plants left over from last year’s crop.
